- Slope between components from inside to outside
- Image deformation patterns
- Aspect ratio
- Corner angles of components
As counting operations increase, results become progressively more accurate, enabling efficient handling of similar components or larger trays.

Cloud Database Integration
Every Wellman X-ray counter connects to our cloud database, automatically uploading machine data and images while downloading the latest database updates. Our engineers continuously optimize algorithms based on collected data, with regular updates pushed to customer machines.

This system ensures counting accuracy approaches 100% over time while expanding component type coverage. When encountering new components, the system can immediately access relevant data if available in our database.
